ONLINE BUYER PICK UP DATE: MONDAY; JUNE 1st 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or By Appointment no later than FRIDAY; JUNE 5th @ 4:30 PM. Payment must be made prior to removal of items and no Later than Monday; June 1st @ 5:00 PM

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. There is a $50 per title fee charged to the buyer. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. We will assist with loaders to load equipment but there is no mechanical assistance provided for removing parts or break down. Buyer agrees to hold harmless any damage during load out.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% added to all winning bids online and live.

BUYER PAYMENT TERMS: GOOD LOCAL CHECK, CASH UP TO $10,000, CREDIT CARD UP TO $5,000 w/ 3% convenience fee, Invoices over $15k require wire transfer unless check approved ahead of time, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER.
