AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for making sure the condition is suitable to them prior to placing a bid. No Bids will be removed once placed. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. Bring help to load items in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for bringing the proper tools and knowledge to remove large items. REMEMBER ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE PICKUP TIME. THERE IS NO LOADING ASSITANCE AND BUYER MUST BRING PROPER TOOLS AND HELP TO REMOVE ITEMS. THERE ARE MANY ITEMS IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE HOUSE.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payments can be made by Cash, Good Check, or Credit Card w/ 3% conv. fee. Can pay online or at the time of pick up. Any unpaid invoice once pickup time has passed will be charged to card on file and items will be abandoned.
SHIPPING: No shipping is available
There is no loading assistance for this auction. There are many lots that are very bulky and heavy and located in the basement. Please remember to bring the proper tools, help and vehicle to haul them away. All items must be removed during scheduled pick up time with no exceptions. Any items not picked up by the end of the pickup time will be charged to card on file and considered abandoned.
