AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. There is no scheduled preview for this auction. Please call if you would like to preview anything and set up an appointment prior to the day fo bidding ending. We try to describe the condition of the items as best we can and the Seller has marked tested and dated on everything that he has checked.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Good Check, All Major Credit Cards. Payment by credit card will have an additional 3% convenince fee added to the invoice. All Buyers wishing to have items shipped must pay online with credit card prior to any shipping arrangements.
SHIPPING: All items have shipping available in this auction. Once your invoice is paid for please send an email to steve@jaggerauctionees.com requesting that your items be shipped. The shipping company will then call to confirm shipping arrangements and collect the packing and shipping cost.
