AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% (This is 10% usual Buyer’s Premium plus a 3% processing fee for credit cards)
SALES TAX: Knox County 7.25%
PAYMENT TERMS: All payments will be made online with a credit card prior to pick up time. These terms are new for our auction company and we do not like them anymore than you, but we must adhere to special regulations to meet the COVID-19 social distancing regulations.
SHIPPING: By request only prior to the auction ending time. Buyer shall pay for shipping and packing costs.
LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please bring proper vehicle to fit all items in. Remember to bring packing material and boxes for any glass or lots that have multiple items.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: We must maintain a minimum of 6’ social distancing at this pickup location. This will be different than our usual pickups. We will allow very few people into the building at any given time. We want to provide a safe environment for our Buyers and Staff during this craziness called COVID-19. Anyone that does not feel well or has a fever must contact us immediately and we will make special arrangements.
