Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to house or grounds during removal.

LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please bring proper vehicle to fit all items in. There is no loading assistance. Please come prepared with enough help, proper vehicle and tools needed to remove items. Remember to bring boxes or totes for loose items in the lots.
