AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for looking at items prior to placing a bid to make sure the condition is suitable to them. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. Bring help to load items in a timely manner. Loader available for palletized flooring.

SALES TAX: 7.25%
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments can be made by Cash, Good Check, or Credit Card with 3% Convenience Fee. Can pay online or at the time of pick up. Any unpaid items after the pickup time will automatically be charged to the card used at registration. Items will be forfeited with no refund if contact is not made by SEPT 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Storage fee of $50/day per lot.
