Terms & Conditions
20% Buyers Premium on all online purchases. All sales final, inspect items and photos and ask questions prior to bidding. Shipping: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Check the Oil Promotions will handle all shipping within ten business days of receipt of payment. All shipped items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at an additional and exact cost to the buyer. Items will not be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when the won lot(s) with all shipping information. Shipping charges will reflect cost of supplies and labor, actual shipping fees from the provider, and insurance. Shipping charges will be charged separately from your post-auction invoice of won lot(s), buyer?s premium, and any applicable taxes. All items must be removed from site on the same day as the sale. Other pickup and delivery options may be available but arrangements must be made ahead of the sale. If you receive a damaged item, all packaging including the box & packaging material must be saved in order to process the claim. Contact us immediately and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. All bidders hereby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed and they agree to be bound thereby. Each auction may have additional terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. All items in this sale are sold at no reserve. While the information we provide on items is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any item being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and our own opinions and you hereby agree to hold harmless Check the Oil Promotions & its employees for any errors or omissions regarding the items being sold. That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and its present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not. Personal inspection of the property is strongly encouraged. When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said items and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. Check the Oil Promotions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Check the Oil Promotions and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid. Check the Oil Promotions retains the right to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice.
