AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for looking at items prior to placing a bid to make sure the condition is suitable to them. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. Bring help to load items in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for bringing the proper tools and knowledge to remove large items. Please remember to bring boxes and/or crates.

There is no loading assistance for this auction. There are many lots that are very bulky and heavy. Please remember to bring the proper tools, help and vehicle to haul them away. All items must be removed during scheduled pick up time or subject to storage fee, pick up fee and forfeiture.
