Buyer is responsible for looking at items prior to placing a bid to make sure the condition is suitable to them. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. Bring help to load items in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for bringing the proper tools and knowledge to remove large items. Buyer will be responsible for unhooking gas lines and/or electrical connections in a professional manner without doing any damage to the property.
