 ED OUT) PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash (up 
 to $10\,000) good local Check\, and all Major credit cards wi
 th a 3% convenience fee added. All out of state buyers or bu
 yers requesting items to be shipped will make payment by cr
 edit card that was used to register with. Any unpaid invoice
  after 5:00 PM THURSDAY\; NOV 19th  will be charged to the c
 redit card used for registration. Any unpaid or not picked 
 up items are subject to a resale fee of 35% and/or storage f
 ee of $30/day.  PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Available wi
 th the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of $10.00 pl
 us actual shipping and packing costs. All in state buyers sh
 all pick up items on THURSDAY\; NOV 19th  2:30-5:00 PM. Any 
 out of state buyers are required to ship to an FFL in their

 sponsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the 
 items and bid accordingly. All firearms should be looked at 
 by qualified gunsmith prior to use. CAUTION: For demonstrati
 on purposes various equipment may be used to display items. 
 CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item
  not the photograph\, occasionally the wrong photo may be dis
 played\, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We 
 want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However\, whe
 n you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited 
 for your intended use\, our clients are not willing to assume
  the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition\, c
 ompleteness or suitability for intended use\, please bid acco
 rdingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed.
  All buyers will fill out 4473\, show ID\, and FBI background 
 check will be performed before possession of firearm will be
  transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take po
 ssession of the firearm\, a 35% restocking fee will be assess
 ed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you
  cannot pass the background check\, please do not bid on fire
 arms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FIREARM PROCE
 SSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREARM. SHIPPING
  OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federa
 l firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if out of state.
  FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for thi
 s service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to t
 he buyer. This fee typically works out to be between $40-$60
 . The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the fi
 rearm to the buyer including any required background checks\,
  the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her F
 FL. ONLY FIREARMS OFFER SHIPPING! WE DO NOT SHIP AMMUNITION\,
  RELOADING SUPPLIES\, OR ACCESSORIES.  The auctioneer reserv
 es the right to add or remove items from the auction\; split 
 or combine lots\; add minimum bids or reserve prices\; Seller 
 and/or Auctioneer and staff reserve the right to bid in the 
 auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel\, suspen
 d\, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction ev
 ent or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspe
 ction or removal times.
