 E IS FILLED OUT) PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include 
 Cash (up to $10\,000) good local Check\, and all Major credit 
 cards with a 3% convenience fee added. All out of state buy
 ers or buyers requesting items to be shipped will make payme
 nt by credit card that was used to register with. Any unpai
 d invoice after 5:00 PM WEDNESDAY\; SEPT 23RD will be charge
 d to the credit card used for registration. Any unpaid or n
 ot picked up items are subject to a resale fee of 35% and/or
  storage fee of $30/day.  PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Av
 ailable with the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of
  $10.00 plus actual shipping and packing costs. All in state
  buyers shall pick up items on WEDNESDAY\; SEPT 23RD 3:00-5:
 00 PM. Any out of state buyers are required to ship to an FF

 t is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condit
 ion of the items and bid accordingly. All firearms should be
  looked at by qualified gunsmith prior to use. CAUTION: For 
 demonstration purposes various equipment may be used to disp
 lay items. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the des
 cribed item not the photograph\, occasionally the wrong photo
  may be displayed\, always read the item description. CHOOSE 
 WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. H
 owever\, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is 
 not suited for your intended use\, our clients are not willin
 g to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about c
 ondition\, completeness or suitability for intended use\, plea
 se bid accordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will b
 e observed. All buyers will fill out 4473\, show ID\, and FBI 
 background check will be performed before possession of fire
 arm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable
  to take possession of the firearm\, a 35% restocking fee wil
 l be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeit
 ed. (If you cannot pass the background check\, please do not 
 bid on firearms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FI
 REARM PROCESSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREAR
 M. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an 
 FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if ou
 t of state. FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal 
 fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be as
 sessed to the buyer. This fee typically works out to be betw
 een $40-$60. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfe
 r of the firearm to the buyer including any required backgro
 und checks\, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed b
 y his/her FFL. ONLY FIREARMS OFFER SHIPPING! WE DO NOT SHIP 
 AMMUNITION\, RELOADING SUPPLIES\, OR ACCESSORIES.  The auctio
 neer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auct
 ion\; split or combine lots\; add minimum bids or reserve pric
 es. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel\, suspend\, ex
 tend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event o
 r to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection
  or removal times.
