 PREMIUM: 13% SALES TAX: 7.25% (UNLESS EXEMPT CERTIFICATE IS 
 FILLED OUT) PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash 
 (up to $10\,000) good local Check\, and all Major credit cards
  with a 3% convenience fee added. All out of state buyers o
 r buyers requesting items to be shipped will make payment by
  credit card that was used to register with. Any unpaid inv
 oice after 5:00 PM Monday\; July 13th  will be charged to th
 e credit card used for registration. Any unpaid or not pick
 ed up items are subject to a resale fee of 35% and/or storag
 e fee of $30/day.  PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Available
  with the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of $10.00
  plus actual shipping and packing costs. All in state buyers
  shall pick up items on MONDAY\; July 13th 3:00-5:00 PM. Any
  out of state buyers are required to ship to an FFL in their

 WHERE IS\, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the r
 esponsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the
  items and bid accordingly. All firearms should be looked at
  by qualified gunsmith prior to use. CAUTION: For demonstrat
 ion purposes various equipment may be used to display items.
  CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described ite
 m not the photograph\, occasionally the wrong photo may be di
 splayed\, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We
  want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However\, wh
 en you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited
  for your intended use\, our clients are not willing to assum
 e the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition\, 
 completeness or suitability for intended use\, please bid acc
 ordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed
 . All buyers will fill out 4473\, show ID\, and FBI background
  check will be performed before possession of firearm will b
 e transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take p
 ossession of the firearm\, a 35% restocking fee will be asses
 sed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If yo
 u cannot pass the background check\, please do not bid on fir
 earms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FIREARM PROC
 ESSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREARM. SHIPPIN
 G OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Feder
 al firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if out of state
 . FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for th
 is service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to 
 the buyer. This fee typically works out to be between $40-$6
 0. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the f
 irearm to the buyer including any required background checks
 \, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her 
 FFL. ONLY FIREARMS OFFER SHIPPING! WE DO NOT SHIP AMMUNITION
 \, RELOADING SUPPLIES\, OR ACCESSORIES.  The auctioneer reser
 ves the right to add or remove items from the auction\; split
  or combine lots\; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The au
 ctioneer reserves the right to cancel\, suspend\, extend or re
 schedule an individual item and or auction event or to make 
 changes to the auction closing times or inspection or remova
 l times.
